Terms & Conditions

Booking Policy: To make a booking, guests must provide a valid credit card or make a payment via bank transfer. Full payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon with the host.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.

Check-in/Check-out Policy: Check-in is at 3:00 PM on the day of arrival, and check-out is at 11:00 AM on the day of departure. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional fees.

Occupancy Policy: The maximum number of guests allowed in each apartment is specified on the booking page. Additional guests may be allowed upon request and subject to additional fees.

Damages and Liability: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the apartment or its contents during their stay. The host reserves the right to charge guests for any damages or excessive cleaning required.

Smoking and Pet Policy: Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments, and pets are not allowed without prior approval from the host.

Noise and Disturbance Policy: Guests are expected to respect the privacy and comfort of other guests and neighbors. Loud music and parties are not allowed on the property.

Security Deposit: A security deposit may be required at the time of booking or check-in to cover any damages or violations of the rental agreement.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Mexico.

By making a booking, guests agree to these terms and conditions and any additional policies or rules specified by the host. The host reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
